Return Policy

Because we love and take responsibility for each puppy / dog we produce in our breeding program, we offer a “No Questions Asked” return policy.

We NEVER want to learn that one of our puppies or adult dogs that we placed in a “Forever Home” ended up in a shelter.

Return Policy

Puppies Dot Com LLC. welcomes the return of any of our puppies / dogs, in the event you find that you can not properly care for him/her.

A 100% refund will be given for any dog that is returned within 3 days of the original purchase date.

No refund will be given for any dog that is returned, for reasons other than medical issues, after 3 days of the original purchase date.

In the event a puppy or adult dog is returned to us at Puppies Dot Com LLC we ask that all paperwork be returned with the dog (example) AKC Registration, Microchip Info, and Health Records.

We will update all records, health check the dog, pay for spay and or neutering (if needed) and find a new loving home for him/her.
